服务太差了！手机充电器在朋友车上，我先到郑州过来定了两间房，手机马上没电了，打电话给前台问能不能找个华为手机充电器，前台说没有。让我下去自己扫一个充电宝，但扫了几次没成功，手机也关机了。让前台服务人员帮忙想办法，因为朋友一会来还要联系我，可前台太牛逼了，说我们都用苹果手机没有华为充电器！跟本就没为顾客着想，不为顾客服务，态度恶劣，牛逼哄哄，以后再也不会来这破酒店了
