每次去郑州都必选的酒店。这次很多经理都换了，起初还担心服务会不会打折。我再APP上面定的酒店，有水果，然后服务员忘记送了，续房的时候随口提了一句，没想到晚上回到房间就有了这一幕【香蕉被我吃了哈哈】，很用心，细心，把顾客的意见当回事。同行的有哺乳期的孕妈，大堂经理细致的服务被我调侃这位经理是否是她亲戚。无微不至，胜过五星服务。。感谢御玺酒店的工作人员，让我们在烦，劳累的出行增添了一道靓丽的“风景线”。回来路上，商量，以后就指定这里为出差必住酒店。
