四天圣诞假期最后一天订了一晚房间包三餐自助餐，下午二时多排队在前台准备登记入住，人客非常多，等了半个小时轮到我登记，说房间还没打扫好要等半个小时，先给我房号及感应匙?，我就拖着行李在水果区吃水果等着，半个小时后去到房间还没打扫好，姨姨说还有两间要打扫叫我一个钟头后再来，我去了换衣服浸温泉，温泉区非常多人！温泉池水表面是乾净的，但当脚踏进池内就有很多沉淀物扬起来，非常肮脏，非常?恐怖！于是吃完自助晚餐，再去温泉区，这个时候工作人员不停的清洁几个池及换水?，已清洁好的池水就相当好，提醒自己?下次假期不要来

酒店位置尚算方便，我们自驾，都算易找。
酒店好大，停车场有足够车位。
房间设施很足够，整洁，但床褥比较硬了一点点。
酒店自助餐厅食物都算可以，应该有都有，不算豪华，但以房价来说性价比算高。
酒店主打温泉，数量超多，温泉池都很有特色，设施足够，揼骨擦背链脚都有。
我星期日入住，$450几一晚，我觉得很抵玩，平均每人2百几，有住房，包晚餐宵夜早餐，无限温泉，真系抵到爆炸，但喺check in果时，听到个美味假期个导游讲，佢地攞系200几??

每年都会来泡两次温泉，第一次住二楼房间，二楼是卧室大，衞生间小，一楼是卧室小衞生间比较大，泡池和衞生间都比较小，淋浴水温不稳定，要么就很烫要么就是凉的，泡池没洗乾净还有头发，自己还要再洗一次，网络那么多年了依然还是非常差，既然是度假酒店，连基本的网络都保障不了，而且很多年了，完全没有进步，不服不行！唯一欣慰的就是自助餐味道还可以，吃的全是比较满意

今年已是第四次去喇,虽然冬天去价钱比较贵,但性价比都高,如果食物有些改变就好喇,因为经常都食嗰啲有啲厌倦,其他质素没有改变,一如以往,水准可以；今次竟然多了旅行团去,所以人流比较多,希望唔会改变质素。

和女儿二人行去温泉。酒店服务态度不错，不过安排的房间位置就不是太好，位于一楼….而且不能看风景！因为一打开窗帘就会见到一个大叔或者大婶喺度浸温泉…..??搞到我都唔够胆拉开窗帘，得我一个女人仔带住个小朋友…安排房间喺呢个位置感觉唔系咁好。??然后隔音都唔系太好，会听到出面嘅人路过同埋讲嘢嘅声，听得一清二楚????。同埋自己喺房入边浸温泉，原来而家系会有限次数。??

中山泉眼温泉，我们又见面了！
由大堂按待员工至房间整理的姐姐都非常友善亲切??。
可能天气冷，冬季节之下客人多了(旅行团)，但整体办理入住都算快捷????。
餐饮款式方便，仍保持水准。
但想找座位就有点难啊！满山入海?? ;我们行程方便为：食食食浸浸浸?????????

房间还行，离温泉池几步的距离，自助餐还行，毕竟价位在那里，但是有很多很好的外卖可以点，非常方便

This spa/onsen hotel is not the newest or most fancy but everything is in balance of the price paid
I had a nice room with private spa/onsen, which begs to be used
The only thing not so great is the noise isolation, which is of ?importance since chinese people are not that considerate about fellow travellers
The room is next to the (public) baths, which are open 07-22
The hotels restaurants are so-so (especially for a vegetarian)
Good thing city centre is only 25minute walk

The hotel was located a few steps from the spa and included free entry. ?The stay was pleasant but the front door lock was broken due to the heavy rain. ?Someone came relatively quickly to try fix but was not able to resulting in the whole family having to move to another room. ?
The breakfast provided was not very good but the spa itself made up for this. ?My kids loved it..
