我跟本没进去住，我九点钟订的房间，说下午两点才能入住，我在网上订的付款了，要到下午两点去住我就想取消订单，可以他们都不给取消，又说不能退款，这个这么大酒店真是黑，请大家以为订这个酒店，看清楚了

跟泉眼温泉是合作关系，不是温泉的房间，住在附近，要泡温泉还要走十多分钟，虚假广告。这是观景房观到的景。。。

29號中午去的時候 ，正在下大雨， 幫我們升級了溫泉房間， 29號晚上開始浸水， 晚餐時餐廳的服務員不停提醒停車場己浸水請把車移走 ，拍在門口的車浸了一個輪子， 溫泉區全部浸了都不能進去， 凌晨2點服務員拍房門， 説水已經浸到了房間， 房間最深水是為大約30厘米， 大堂和一樓客房，溫泉區全部浸大水， 魚療的魚都游到走廊 ，估計這個月都不能住了， 真是難忘的經歷，希望維修好後還有機會入住

到达时已经是14:30，但酒店还没有搞好卫生。但搞卫生的小伙子态度挺好的。感谢酒店升级房间，这次很多人，自助餐很快就没有了，也没有平常的虾，菜式普通。

已經第二次過來了，價格合理，溫泉的功能很多，有很大的選擇性，每次來都十分的滿意！房間設備比較新，總體來說是不錯的
