因为没有大床房给我们升级的套房里居然没有浴巾！洗手间地面有很多长头发，烧水壶里有隔夜水。尽管升级了，但体验极差，害得我对雷迪森这个品牌也产生了抵触。

环境挺好的，一开始的房间有点问题，也及时给我们更换了新的房间，就是前台服务稍微差一点，办理入住比较磨叽，一开始还让我们自己去看房间有没有打扫好，前台应该提前与保洁沟通的，房间衞生不错，山景房很奈斯
