前台小姐姐笑容特别亲切，办理入住速度很快，还主动介绍了周边的美食和景点。晚上需要额外的枕头，客房服务几分钟就送到了，响应超及时，服务满分。房间乾净整洁到让人惊喜，床品柔软舒适，睡得特别香。

房间隔音特别差，半夜、清早过道讲话听得清清楚楚，想前台电话投诉，前台电话没接通过，住3楼，然后2楼是ktv ，一整个大离谱，吵得头疼！

非常满意，水很热，卧室、浴室都很乾净。卧室很大很宽敞，小朋友住在里面活动很充分。初二开始住的，节日期间餐厅也能保证基本的饮食。

这次来直接给升级了家庭房，我们都没説，柜枱办理入住的给我们升级了，因为我们带着孩子！每次来都住他家，今年一个月要来一次的！挺好的房间，家庭房很大的！
