前台服务员态度好，个别房间有些霉味，靠近路边，环境不是很安静，早上3点多被蚊子叮咬的睡不着。早上看镜子有了黑眼圈。饭店的位置离普济寺和岛上的交通枢纽很近，出行游玩方便。

酒店是越来越差了，房间潮湿，蚊子、蚂蚁、蟑螂应有尽有。特别是厕所，灯光暗淡，时不时能发现小动物。配套餐厅服务员聊天声大过顾客声音，好吃的没有，能吃的不多。

普陀山山上酒店价格都贵，这个酒店餐厅吃饭，进去前说住店吃饭打折，结算的时候说只有蔬菜打折，海鲜不打折，只能说很无语。
