一直都住他家，2014年开始，服务很到位，轮渡下来后电话联系就有车来接你，房间里面有温馨提示，看着挺暖心

家庭出行，三大两小，订了两间房，两晚上。酒店设施比较老旧了，地点不错，离码头近，出门就是海滩，第一天马桶是堵的，虽然解决了，弄得洗手间很脏很臭。第一天晚上跑出去吃饭被宰，在普陀山尽量不要吃鱼，鱼价格离谱。第二天晚上在酒店里吃的，酒店海鲜也不便宜，但其余的经济实惠，用餐环境好，这个不错。

酒店设施比较陈旧，位置非常好。面临大海，退房时酒店表示可以送到码头，但是当天司机却把我们送到车站，说是码头不能停车，我们只能步行去码头，但在路上发现好多其他酒店的车子能开到码头，明年不会选择这家酒店了。
