不错，地理位置非常优越，近普济寺以及南海观音，门口就有沙滩，孩子们非常喜欢!跟百步沙也非常近百沙干净多了!整体都非常满意，酒店外观也非常赞!唯一不足就是装修有点老了

酒店地理位置好，就在海边，服务也好，精致海景房就能看到大海、听到海浪🌊就是设施有些陈旧了，希望能重新装修一下。另外普陀山上的交通不是很方便，站点少、距离酒店远，有时候走半天又没有中巴车了，进景区就收160元，短短几百米的车程收5元，却不给游客提供便利，景区管理人员倒是方便了，等好不容易坐上车，又来一个一个挨着收费售票，干嘛不早一点按照5元、10元提前售票呢，耽误广大游客的时间，景区名气大了，就不把游客的服务放在心里了，真是一锤子买卖，下一次不会再来普陀山了。

普陀岛上在南海观音和不肯去观音院，最近的酒店应该算中信。其他以龙湾村民宿居多，之前住过民宿体验不好，还是觉得酒店好。虽然设施不新，但管理很不错，卫生干净，服务好。中餐厅吃饭也卫生安静，基本正餐都在酒店吃的。

酒店的位置非常好，离码头很近，不叫酒店接送走走也很方便，妈妈去过几次都看中这家所以这次我选了这家。
价格的话想对比较实惠。
普陀山上都不能有外来车辆，朱家尖或沈家门停好摆渡来很方便，没有想象繁琐。
酒店设施还是比较齐全的，环境也还不错。但是设施老旧些也没什么，但是有点点小缺陷，比如被套有缝补过的痕迹、门套上有掉的铁块痕迹。还有就是卫生间比较拥挤。

老牌星级酒店，房间设施老化严重，酒店公共区域还是很有档次，餐厅菜品丰富、口味很好，比酒店边上的龙湾村好的多，性价比最高
