服务和设施都很好，美中不足的是床有点硬。早餐很棒，位置离普陀山稍微远了点，不过开车半小时也能到码头了。总的来说非常棒！

厕所完全没有无线，太落后了啊，泡澡都不能好好泡，床头一个插座都没有，太差了，就不能后面接点吗，房间插头也不多，健身房游泳池过年有时间段开放。。。四星总有差，早饭居然比喜来登好吃，可以开窗比喜来登好，价格也实惠很多。门口行李员蛮热情的，就是艺龙上房型设置有问题啊，没有双床市景，入住提了给换了，电视频道蛮多
