网络频繁掉线，洗澡喷头坏的，出水效果不好，浴缸里面有很大一块水渍。我们要了两间房，到第二天早上我发现父母住的那间房间明显小，厕所只有我的一半，没有浴缸，请问是不是安排了一间特价房给我，为什么两间房间价格一样，设施有差，大小有差呢?
