酒店服务员很热情，酒店设置还蛮新的，房间非常好。地理位置非常不错，去沈家门码头或朱家尖码头都很方便。酒店中餐厅烧得不错，服务也蛮好。早餐品种虽然比较多，但是好吃的不多。

每年去普陀进香都住海中洲，服务一年比一年差。十一假期你贵点我也认了，服务也差，这个总不怎么好吧，全程没见一个服务员是微笑的，早餐让服务员拿个宝宝椅，搞得好像我欠她的一样，哎！没见到好脸色，希望管理层能引起重视，明年去要考虑其他宾馆了

非常不错，给我们安排的楼层安静，干净，有净化器，无异味，可以休息的很好。房间内还送手串和经书。就是手串质量不好，还掉漆，感觉外包装比手串值钱，说是开过光了，又舍不得扔，又不能戴，只能放起来了。
