首先说酒店的地理位置，在凯虹广场和欧尚超市的旁边，吃饭购物超级方便。酒店内布置的也很高档，房间设施稍微有点旧，但卫生间干湿分离做的还不错。游泳池不是很大，但是带孩子泡泡水足够了。自助早餐的海鲜米粉和蟹糊应该算特色，其他就一般般了。有去普陀山慈航码头的班车，就是回程只有下午4点多的一班，自己要合理安排。

住的海景房，因为不是度假酒店，所以房间设计的只有一人宽的窄窗，只有贴近窗才能看到海。房间硬件不错，洗浴用品是佰草集。服务主动性差，比如车到门口，门童不理会之类，与挂星酒店开元系列酒店差距明显。
