第二次住舟山希尔顿。
感觉比上次差那么一丢丢。
设施上，观海的阳台有，但却没有能欣赏美景的座椅。也许是为了安全考虑，比如楼层很高。但总感觉似乎少了点什么，稍有遗憾。
服务上，标准化的服务，但也同样少了点细节。比如前台办理时对于刷预售的价格，有这样的话语：这个钱刷多少还是会退回去的。虽说像是一种解释，但很容易激起人的反感。
客房服务两次，都敲了门。声音有点扰人，难道没有门铃么？
门口的服务生，进门没有招呼，微笑，也没有帮助拿行李的举动。都零零散散的站着，不知道在看些什么。
卫生间的服务人员也在角落里热络的聊天。
这一点不太像希尔顿。
值得表扬的，是健身房。服务人员很用心，眼睛里能看得到客人。看起来也很专业。
总体而言还ok，细节上还可以再提升。选择希尔顿是选择了一种安心，希望会更值得信任。
