第一次住普陀山希尔顿，开始给的房间水龙头是坏的，跟前台联系，换了一个房间，进屋发现没有床前凳，又换一个房间，刚进房间电尽然跳闸。出现连续三次状况，让人觉得虽然有好的硬件，没有好的管理，也会接连出状况。最终换了海景房，算是补偿，让我心态平衡一点！希望加强软件方面建设！br另外房间竟然发现一只苍蝇！
