酒店是不错的，但是同程服务真的不好，说是返现在同程余额，然后提现不到账，问了几次都没有回复，这么大的同程还是骗人的，不满意

位置相对于喜闹的人来说略偏，从建筑朝向以及房型来看设计的比较合理，北面是湖景房，有个视野非常宽阔的小型人工湖和游乐场，感觉还是很和谐。南面宽阳台，直面普陀山，不下雨的时候可以躺在床上可以看到观音像，视野没的说。一句话酒店户型及地理朝向安排设计的非常好，视野感受度非常好。
需要改进的是早餐有点简单，与五星级酒店稍微有点不匹配，西式类偏少，中式油炸类口感不好，有点拖分。
住了两天，自己开车，所以正餐都是外面吃的。周边餐饮不做评价。

整体感觉还可以，就是讲了不要最边上的房间，前台说不是，到了房间却是最边上的，懒得去换了，还有就是早餐，小朋友只顾着玩，没吃什么东西，跟服务员讲，我就带点东西孩子吃，孩子没吃饭，最多就拿个面包鸡蛋的，孩子才一岁多，能吃什么，我们花了这么多钱吃个早饭，这点不过分吧，请示了经理都不行，非说什么有规定，我们住了这么多五星酒店，每家都可以，唯独这家不行，规矩人定的，一点人情味都没有，冲这点下次肯定不去了
