游泳池的淋浴水不够热，放很久才有热水，早上去没有热水。泳池里的灯太刺眼，容易撞到别人。房间里缺少电梯使用方式的介绍。

服务员素质太差登记时给了个住人的房间退房时胖边服务台的服务员闲着也不给办理很让排队呢就不像星级酒店的服务员素质太差了
