酒店很新，位置极佳，正面对着普陀山。服务人员素质很高且热情，只是淋浴室设计有瑕疵，地面容易积水且很滑，不小心很容易摔倒。

希尔顿的的品质还是有保证的，酒店地理位置极佳，定的海景房，天气良好时可以看到对面的朱家尖与普陀山，去普陀山非常方便！酒店有班车接送至朱家尖码头，酒店工作人员服务意识很强，房间设施齐全，自助晚餐的品质如再提高一些就完美了！
