前台入住服务很热情，小杯茶水很贴心，枕头很舒适，环境安静，周边吃饭购物便利，离蜈蚣峙码头打车15分钟路程，车费大约29元，自驾到酒店有免费地下停车场，如果赶第一班普陀山轮渡，酒店前台会提前打包好早餐，还是热的，房间最晚还可以16点退房??

来比赛的，房间非常乾净，经理和客房阿姨都服务很周到，酒店赠送了早餐也很丰富，不像很多比赛赠送的早餐只有馒头鸡蛋。赛后找酒店要冰块也给了我好多。非常感动。旁边餐厅也很好吃，就是菜量太大了

房间非常乾净，前台服务很热情，有什么需求都很热情的帮忙，离普陀山也非常近，是来舟山的不二选择，早上也有早饭，总之体验感非常好！

已经是第二次入住，酒店服务很棒，离杉杉普陀天地挺近的，外出吃饭很方便；酒店早餐非常nice，阿姨服务很好，特别推荐小馄饨和海鲜麪，晚上粥道也很丰富，大堂书吧乾净整洁明亮，退房前台接待也很热情的拿出矿泉水给我们带，非常体贴，赞
