酒店服务:下船有车接，走时有车送。前台接待人员服务热情。但是建议酒店，真正的四星及以上酒店，应该酒店所有员工看到酒店客人都要微笑打招呼。
酒店设施：设施也就准四星的标准吧。
酒店卫生：还可以吧，可以接受。
酒店位置：非常好，紧邻普济寺。
性价比:在普陀山这样的

老牌的豪华酒店，二十年前住过！设施有点陈旧了，但是服务还是非常的好！地理位置也好！隔壁就是普济寺，以前算是普陀山的中心地带！以后还会住的！
