  这次到长隆度假，经朋友推荐入住了横琴湾酒店，整体体验令人满意。前台接待效率很高。大堂明亮通透，海洋风格的设计让人放松，出行可以免费乘坐穿梭巴士去园区接送准时准时。大堂门口自动门很方便，八个海豚雕塑伫立很有冲击力！还有跳舞表演，一进门就看到可以租借婴儿床和轮椅的地方，左手边礼宾部可以免费寄存行李，转交快递物件。房间对家庭很友好，衞生间是乾湿分离的，设计得很合理，淋浴的水压很足，洗澡很舒服，而且在酒店网络特别顺畅。吃的方面也没让人失望，自助餐的种类特别多，味道也挺好，还专门准备了小童餐具和小童区域，带娃吃饭特别省心。前台办理入住和退房都高效专业，服务态度亲切。房间的网络连接便捷，信号强劲且稳定，保证了流畅的上网体验。客房格局开阔，通风和采光出色，简约的装饰与乾净的地面营造了舒适的环境。床垫软硬适中，枕头提供了良好的支撑，确保了优质的睡眠。衞生间设施是此次住宿的亮点。毛巾与浴巾蓬松柔软，沐浴露和洗发水清洁效果良好，附赠的浴盐提升了沐浴体验。整体而言，从便捷的交通、舒适的住宿到用心的餐饮及完善的设施，酒店在亲子出游的各方面都展现出合理考量，是一次流畅而愉悦的度假体验。

  酒店环境优美，布置很有气氛，犹如童话世界。设施完善，房间宽敞，非常舒适，服务一流，每个员工都很友善。管家服务很周到，有问必答，及时又详尽。酒店到各园区有接驳巴士或游船，交通便利。套票里面的《卡卡虎奇遇记》表演很精彩。

  每年都来长隆，今年的珠海长隆是体验最好的一次，一直都住横琴湾酒店，其他几个没住过，这边很适合小朋友，有专门的小童浴盆和洗漱用品，酒店还有海豚可以跟小朋友近距离接触，还有可爱的卡卡虎一起拍照，工作人员也都热情有礼貌，小朋友喜欢的不得了！下次还会选择入住 小童自助晚餐:赠送 3天2晚双人无限畅玩飞船乐园和海洋王国-飞船乐园直达步道:赠送 双人《卡卡虎奇遇记》门票:赠送

  酒店像热带花园，有海豚火烈鸟，去长隆可选择大巴或者游船，酒廊入住退房办理时间短，比较方便，客房服务响应快，每日有管家提醒各项活动事宜，房间内没有mini bar ，酒廊全天有小食，自助餐正常水平，下次去长隆还会选择入住
