我要好好写的这个企鹅酒店。服务简直太好了。因为隔壁很吵，免费给我们升级了冰川家庭套房。还送了一堆小礼物，孩子太开心了。

成品感受很好，特别漂，让前台的小姐姐想办法满足了我对于房间的需求
整体的设施还是很不错的 订的房间可以看到烟花
唯一有点遗憾的是，孩子在企鹅酒店没有办法买到飞船酒店的纪念章

设施：设备设施略比飞船酒店老旧一些，但也还算不错了！
衞生：每天都被打扫的很乾净，让人住的很舒心
环境：环境很好，而且离了乐园很近
服务：服务很好，有任何需求都可以被满足！

The penguin hotel was much better we expected. Everything feels fresh and new. The online photos don’t do it justice. It’s a very nice and comfortable room. We did run into a smoky smelling room the first room we were allocated even though smoking is not allowed in the hotel, then they were sensible enough to upgrade us to a room with better view which had no smell.
The breakfast options were vast and even had two penguin enclosures in the buffet restaurant. It’s the largest buffet I’ve seen anywhere in the world with lots of options, it’s especially good if you like soupy wonton/noodles for breakfast and Chinese pastries like fried dough stick, chong you bing (a bit like Malaysian roti) and steamed dim sums. The pastries were the only let down, one of the worst pastry section I’ve ever had travelling the world, way too dry, almost tasted like leftovers but it can’t be as this place is huge and catering for so many people even during off seasons like now (mid Jan).
So expect to run into a lot of people, but it’s ok though as it’s very well managed to cater for and cut through servicing a lot of people at once.
The hotel is also convenient located directly outside the Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, it was the main reason why we chose the stay, which turned out to be an excellent choice.

酒店外观很有特色，企鹅造型的塔楼很醒目，墙身的多彩极光色充满极地海洋氛围，特别好看。走进酒店，大堂的装修豪华大气，服务人员热情地迎接我们。酒店的自助餐厅提供的美食种类丰富，味道鲜美，能看到企鹅有特色！餐厅环境明亮宽敞，用餐体验舒适。午餐和晚餐的选择也很多，价格合理。晚上在喷泉广场看烟花秀很震撼，音乐喷泉表演也很精彩。酒店有免费停车和行李寄存服务，房间免费WiFi网速快，住得很舒服。工作人员都很热情，态度亲切，不管是在大堂还是走廊，遇到都会主动打招呼，有需求也能及时回应。步行可达海洋王国，多次进出很方便，也有免费的穿梭巴士乘坐去飞船乐园。房间温馨敞亮宽敞，有提供小朋友的洗漱用品，洗漱用品很好用。房间衞生乾净整洁，床品松软，整体乾净清爽无异味。企鹅淘淘乐堡是孩子的乐园，冰川洞穴、雪山迷宫等项目能让孩子尽情玩乐。在住期间，管家也是全程跟进服务，耐心答疑解惑，每天都会发送表演时间和天气提醒。这次入住体验超出了我的预期，无论是硬件设施还是服务质量都令人满意。下次来珠海长隆，我一定会再次选择企鹅酒店，也会推荐给亲朋好友。感谢酒店所有工作人员用心的服务，让我度过了一个愉快难忘的假期。
