在艺龙订了这么多次房，碧湾是最糟的一次，毫无性价比，酒店翻新质量差，服务差，卫生差，房间一股异味。由于图方便就将就住一晚了。退房时一句话也没说，等你走后直接在预授权扣了70元，打电话问前台说使用了毛巾和弄脏了床单要扣款。试问为啥要走了之后扣钱，退房时不和客人说清楚呢？如果说确实是这样就认了。毛巾要收费没有标注，所说的收费毛巾也没有使用过，完全不知道为什么要扣钱。床单要是有一小块吃火龙果的渍，但那是不明显位置而且可以洗掉的，那也要扣30元。总而言之，这个店就变着法子加收客人钱。而且还是信用卡刷预授权等你走后才扣费，根本不让你争辩机会。这次长知识了。奉劝要入住的客人要三思。
