优点：1.地段还可以，走路去新天地和祖庙只有六七百米；2.三人间是套房，外面一间是双床，里面一间是1.5米大床，家里三大一小出门很合适；3.住在416房，厕所比较干净，主要是没有异味回水臭味，所以就算房间封闭也不觉得难受；4.楼下有蛋糕店，有老牌早茶，还有公交车站；5.房间空调效果不错，热水也很好很大，花洒虽然简陋，但是还算好用；6.三人间可能是在最里面，所以不临街，还算安静；7.浴室内有晾衣杆，洗了衣服可以挂，但排气扇是坏的，所以然并卵；8.每个人房间都有独立无线路由器，不用密码可上
缺点：酒店没有停车场，停车必须停到十字路口的斜对面去，虽然是免费的，但实际很不方便，特别是自驾游的家庭出行，老老小小一大家，行李又多，开到酒店门口的路边得先卸行李东西，还得抱着宝宝带着老人自己搬行李进大堂办理入住手续，门口没有服务生没有行李员没有保安，无人帮忙，并且必须要开房后才告诉你车可以停去哪。幸亏我们是晚上才到，路口没车，可以停留一下，而且天气不错气温舒适，不敢想象如果是下雨天或者是天气差的时候有多麻烦。2.酒店设施略旧，前台在大堂左侧一个角落里，房间内部卫生不行，地毯很脏，沙发起霉，桌面不干净.
