2月15日下午5点多办理入住酒店时，艺龙旅行上订的双人床房间，女服务员硬给我一个双人床拼成的大床房，态度很差，蛮不讲理，到房间发现没法住，又找到这个前台女服务员，说是没房了，不能换，准备打电话投诉她时，才说有房间，可以换，这与五星级酒店的管理相差太远，望酒店加强前台人员的培训管理，做到有礼貌待客
