和女朋友回珠海领证，千挑万选订到这个酒店，真的不负所望，真的太赞了👍🏻，女朋友很开心！疫情期间出行各种不方便，但是前台的小姐姐们都很有耐心，我们多次打电话询问测核酸，行李寄存等，都得到了非常高效的解决。酒店环境非常高档，干净卫生，家具用品都很新，隔音也非常好，尤其是卫生间，热水很舒服！本来预定的是超级大床房，还给免费升级了豪华大床房，非常感谢！送了免费早餐券，只是两天时间都很紧，没来得及品尝，非常可惜。下次回珠海还是回来这里住，到时一定要尝一下酒店的自助早餐👍🏻😆！

五星给的硬件，软件的话呵呵。微信管家的平均响应时间超过一个小时；在前台续房延迟退想要我等前一天点评完才操作；离房通知打扫卫生回来房间私有包裹有打开痕迹；外卖员不让上楼电话总机送告知一人值班走不开下楼发现两个人。怎么说呢，周边选择还是比较多的。

这个公寓是偏向酒店式的公寓，在一个大厦里，环境非常好，门口的停车位很多，有地下和漏天的停车场，大堂的味道很好闻，前台的服务也很好很专业，办理入住很快，还给我免费升级了房间，上到房间一看感觉很好，卫生特别干净，房间里有两瓶免费的矿泉水，早餐也不错，现在疫情原因改为了简单的早餐，不过还是挺不错，可以送上房间里来，出出入入都能听到这里的员工问候声，感觉特别的温暖，挺好的，值得推荐哦[强]
