酒店員工包括餐廳職員服務有5星質素。
房間不太好，初時派了16樓房間太差了，全層16樓有發霉味道，房間有煙味而地毯感覺不清潔，最後要轉房到14樓的示範房才可接受，但都有很大煙味！
早餐算可以，晚上buffet多款式，但質素差例如長腳蟹，生蠔淡而無味，生蠔和鮑魚仔是把蠔肉和鮑魚肉放上穀上，牠們都是淡無味的！衹是好睇不好食。

来之前没有提前预定好，然后上某网站查所有房间都订满，包括门店都已订满。只好在微信钱包订酒店里查到，我和老公都想住海景房，最后给我们查到唯一的一间海景房，但比门店订的价格略贵，最后我们也订了。环境服务还是不错的。这酒值得推荐
