酒店的工作人员处处面带微笑服务，我们原本是在官网上面定的园景家庭房的套餐，由于孩子比较小，想玩的更加尽兴一点，我问能不能原房续住，在艺龙上续住了一晚，原本还让我补200的差价，我说那退了重开，后来周内房间也不紧俏，前台小哥免费帮我升级了，这样算下来，等于1598+902，住了三天两晚的海景房，送了五张水世界的门票，还有购物的优惠券，特别的划算，可惜水世界由于没时间玩了，全家只去了一次，下回来长隆还住横琴湾酒店。

酒店设施一流，水上乐园孩子很喜欢玩，总体五星。不过房间内洗漱用品感觉层次一般。另外酒店比较大，客人比较多，相应的服务质量总体一般。
