卫生条件很一般，早餐很失望，我们订的含早餐，第一次听说早餐还要按时间段7点到八点。也就是超了时间段你要在另付钱。我们订的就含早餐的，为什么另付？没有任何人和文字提示过了时间段要另付。还有，一米以上儿童早餐收费，一米以下的几乎都喝奶，谁吃的你家早餐。一米以上儿童也未必有以下儿童吃的多啊。住过那么多五星酒店，也没见过这种霸王条款。景区酒店就要搞特殊？如此不人性化。如果我的孩子在房间吃过饭了、难道早餐要留他自己在房间吗？总之对横琴整个服务很失望

很棒的酒店，3月去的人少，整体配套规划很好，散散步去海洋乐园很方便，住的横琴湾，企鹅酒店也不错的

暑假出游，性价比马马虎虎。小朋友比较喜欢，是游玩长隆海洋王国的一个不错选择。酒店内有海豚。夜景漂亮，有城堡的感觉。入住期间跟酒店水上乐园有点不愉快，非要小朋友交钱才能进，态度恶劣。我们入住2晚，跟前台再三确认过：小朋友不需要交钱。来回折腾了2次，希望酒店内部系统沟通顺畅，而不是告诉客人一切听她的（水上乐园）不要管前台。对于客人来说，前台就是酒店的门面，自然所有问题需要跟前台沟通及了解。
