海景房，过马路就是浴场，无论白天晚上都很美，泳池干净，孩子很喜欢。旁边吃饭也方便，离海冰公园步行十分钟路程！

黄金地段的老五星，如果没有当年那桩丑闻的话应该会比现在更好。设施设备比较老旧，床和马桶浴缸都很低矮，不知道为什么。春节入住的，腊月29三百多一晚，性价比超高，初一房价直接上千了，见仁见智吧。周边很繁华，出门就是珠海会客厅——海滨公园和浴场，门口有一家老字号海鲜大酒楼，德翰三楼自己的早茶不错，值得一试。
