酒店定了三天，太老而且有味发霉的味，酒店服务总体说服务还行，但说调房，太不诚信，，推了二天，调房还是一样，嘴上说有新房实际没有，更可气的是艺龙公司，只吃钱，不协调，我提出退掉后二天的房，换其它酒店，德翰酒店同意，本人就在酒店大堂准备办手续，同时酒店和艺龙多次电话沟通，酒店表示同意，可艺龙睁着眼说瞎说，说酒店不同意退，本人是艺龙近十多年的客户，艺龙公司的协调能力太差了，不是眼前的一下小利在作怪，看艺龙能走多远。

大家不要被欺骗了，网上预定说是山景房
结果连一扇窗口都没有。我们没有订到海景房，订了个山景房，进了房间，准备拉开玻璃门进阳台看看山景，我和老公轮流拉阳台门
，死活没拉开，正郁闷中，突然发现拉门上有一排小字“本阳台门已经永久封锁......” 如果不是晚上 换酒店不是很方便，绝对是要投诉到底！垃圾！
