为了条件好一点订的行政房，结果窗户是里侧窄窄的一条，房间虽然大了些，但无法入住，看的普通房反而正常些，因为无法返差价，只能订套房，格局不错，地毯很脏，窗户旁就是轻轨，比较吵！早餐在出入的大厅吃，去晚了就没有，好像是包出去的样子。

安静楼房并不安静楼下KTV声音还是很大，早餐就是有几种套餐选择并不是自助餐，房间也不大，反正性价比十分差就是了

这是我在同程订过最差的酒店，没有之一，入住时服务员态度不是一般的差，我们由于带有小孩入住时要求安排一间安静一点的房间，服务员没有回复，等入住手续办好后放好行李，房间的床只有1.2左右，只能够一个人睡。而到了晚上才是悲剧的开始，二楼原来有一家KTV，酒店的隔音效果等于零，除了傍边有高铁经过外，这KTV的歌声简直如临现场，为了换房跑上跑下的折腾了近一个小时，后来强烈要求换房后换了6楼的一间稍稍好一点点，适逢周六晚上KTV的歌声到了凌晨三点多才能勉强入睡，小孩一晚上完全没有睡好，更糟糕的事情是向服务员反应情况时要求我们自己处理或者找同程处理，三更半夜这样对待客户？想想也心寒之极，而同程没有去核实酒店的实在地理位置信息也没有告知客户该酒店有KTV楼层，误导消费者，适逢3.15日子，请同程给予我们一个合理的解释和赔偿！
