这个订单同程跟骗子没区别，没入住花掉488大洋，客服很尽责的推卸责任。17日0点48分下订单并支付，52分发现入住时间默认为16日，马上联系同程在线客服希望改成17日，客户很快答复专员2小时回复。结果没有任何回复，第二天6点继续联系客服，客服联系酒店说物业经理9点半上班，9点半说已经改不了了。在线沟通记录都有截图。brbr我只想说2点，首先，软件在17日凌晨为啥入住时间默认显示16日，引导客户犯错;第2，就算我填错了，找客服处理修改入住时间仅仅是4分钟之后，客服最开始说的2小时答复实际上没任何答复，10点专员致电说无法修改入住时间钱也不能退，我说下订4分钟后就联系客服，专员并推脱责任说系统记录我凌晨6点才联系，那实际上是多次主动联系没有结果的最后一次时间。brbr酒店我在第一次联系客服后，也致电要求更改入住时间，答复需要同程修改，完全是相互推脱。brbr同程这种及其不负责任和不专业的行为，奉劝大家不要去用。当天我马上预订了另外酒店，因同程不及时处理问题和不专业的行为，导致我白白付出488的定金，更重要的是同程的态度让我及其反感，我会继续通过正规渠道维护我的权益。

蚊子太多了，沒有灭蚊器，一晚沒睡，十一楼都有那么多蚊子，太恐怖了。卫生方面还可以吧！卫生间太滑，我都摔倒了，没有那个防滑措施。
