酒店环境特别差，而且有麻将房，我住的隔壁是麻将房，而且还是一群醉鬼，特别吵。吵的人半夜睡不着，给酒店服务员打了两次电话，服务员不理睬！导致我们半夜换房间！太次了！以后再也不来住了！

在西安临潼，相对来说还不错，谢谢酒店前台每天帮我收快递，但我还是要说说，就是酒店房间每天打扫的卫生一般般，酒店牙刷质量好差，我自己住过两次，顺便也帮别人预定的了几间，就价钱而言还可以，服务还是有待提升，个人比较喜欢华清御汤酒店的服务，后面换到御汤酒店那服务简直天壤之别，这个酒店连入住单都不肯提供，携程开发票更是麻烦

在西安临潼，相对来说还不错，就是酒店房间每天打扫的卫生一般般，前台有两个姑娘服务很热情，帮我代收了好多天的快递，谢谢你们，不过有一个短发单眼皮的妹纸，服务需要提升下，总是一副别人欠你钱的感觉，脾气也不好，说话声音也太大帐也算不清楚

带着妈妈和孩子去的，绝对的亲子游，房间干净整洁，早餐丰盛，好喜欢房间的布置，连拖鞋都是古色古香的，和古都很配哦
