放假带着孩子和家人来株洲玩，货比三家后选择了这家湖景酒店，果然没让我失望，酒店服务员都很热情有礼貌，房间卫生也干净，而且还非常贴心的根据我们的到达时间，提前帮我们把房间的空调打开了！还赠送了一份水果，真的很暖心，三百多块钱的价格，能享受到这种超值的服务，很不错，性价比很高，有机会来株洲还会选择住这家

整体硬件条件不错，业务水平需提高。艺龙上定的酒店，酒店居然不给旅客开发票，最后找艺龙平台才予以解决，耽误了旅客时间。

第一次入住这家酒店，总体印象还行。只是安全性问题瘾患突出，这么大的一家酒店居然停电，请问如果正好在使用电梯该如何是好，第一住酒店遇上停电的。卫生服务很一般，我连续入住两天，居然不打扫洗脸盆和马桶的卫生。

酒店不错！但是点评下服务态度一颗星都嫌多。酒店定位高端型 没想到员工的服务态度连连锁型酒店都不如！希望酒店人员看到对于员工培训这一块抓上去 不然真的很扣分。
