房间很小，晚上空调很不给力，热得不行，大夏天的睡得出汗，一般酒店都会有两瓶赠送的矿泉水，可是他们是收费的，而且还不便宜，房间的窗户很小，窗户对着的不是外侧风景，反正我是不会再去了

酒店年久失修，一股潮湿的味道，预定的豪华单人间，没有了，私自改成高级单人间也不说一声价格不改，诚信有问题，后来在艺龙的协调下才换的房间，离店时不能开发票，说要过几天有发票时再邮寄，邮寄发票时名头开错了，给酒店打电话，半个月没什么消息。早餐就只有一碗面而已，去晚点估计什么都没有了。就环境而言在株洲不如很多100多的酒店，就服务而言就没什么服务
