酒店位于红旗广场，早餐品种不算多但很好吃。有很大的地面和地下停车场。服务人员很热情，可能是开业不久，总体感觉没吉安希尔顿的服务员业务熟练。房间窗户关不紧，一晚上的呼啸声，这对于一家新开业没几个月的酒店来说很不应该。

由于在株洲希尔顿欢朋的住宿体验非常好，又在郑州订了希尔顿欢朋。大堂经理是位热情可爱的大叔，问路把我们送到路口，又嘱咐天冷，送上雨伞。房间免费升级了带沙发床的大床房，孩子特别喜欢??！下次还会选择性价比和高服务品质的希尔顿欢朋！

到底还是五星级酒店，各方面全达到五星标准，房间卫生，用品，服务全都五星，早餐自助餐非常丰富，糕点，热食，面点，热饮，水果应有尽有，非常新鲜，环境舒适，服务热情，很少评论这样的好评，真心不错，特别值得推荐，选择希尔顿肯定没错，我觉得株洲红旗广场希尔顿欢朋酒店应该是株洲性价比和档次最好最高的酒店！！！
