  The hotel is quite new and clean. The breakfast offers many choices, including traditional local specialties such as Zhoucun sesame flatbread, paper-thin steamed buns, and lamb soup. The staff were friendly, and Kevin was especially helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay

  周期性去淄博，这次 2晚 再次入住酒店，并携程留言要求，预约上次的 15 楼房间，值班经理于沁冉23.30 点还在回覆我的要求，并确定帮我特意预留出来，主动贴心的准备了两个我要求的荞麦枕。。一切井然有序，价格亲民，服务到位 100%。 早餐工作人员也好，由于素食主义， 5 楼餐厅榨汁机是我的主要目标，餐厅的女工作人员，帮我多次去取胡萝卜，还有黄瓜，还是她用我的杯子，帮我打好意式浓缩送来我的餐位。。。节省了我的时间。 简直是我的，第二个行宫。。。真实不虚的表扬。。

  一个很棒的住宿地点，对于我来説也是一次非常棒的体验。酒店的氛围非常地现代化，不论是房间、大堂、餐厅，都给我一种非常大气的感觉。酒店的值班经理Jenny给我升级了房间，全面的介绍酒店设施，有种宾至如归的感觉，酒店二楼健身房还有桌球桌，空闲之余又可以打发时间，期待下次的入住

  新开业的酒店，一进去感觉就特别新，到处都很整洁，前台的态度超级好，按照要求给了高层无烟房间。前台给了茶水作为问候，除此之外大厅还有冷饮和热巧克力全天候供应。特别表扬前台工作人员Mia，细心提供了本地人的吃喝攻略，介绍了房间里的设施。客房内设施先进完善，很方便人性化，客房阿姨在早上也主动询问是否需要例行打扫，提供了足够的备品。早饭选择丰富多样，还可以榨果汁喝，工作人员一样的热情，主动帮忙端盘子，提供打包盒带走早餐回房间吃。很好的一家酒店，希望能保持优质服务，下次来淄博还会选择诺富特！
