  酒店地理位置没得説，挨着万象滙和八大局 房间乾净采光好，客房阿姨服务很好，晚上给送了酸奶。点了送餐服务，服务员不专业，房间里菜单上的菜品很全面，扫码进去很多菜没有，打了餐厅电话人工点的。 早餐10：00闭餐，九点多去餐厅没地方坐，全是**27元/位的，好处是现金流很多，弊端就是住店客人体验感极差，居然炸馒头片都上了，这是五星级万豪的早餐。想喝个咖啡排队，想吃个煎饼排队，炒菜都是凉的，服务员压根看不见几个，没有人收餐，不得不跑到中餐厅去吃，橙子西柚汁大概率是为了节约成本兑水了，味道很淡，总之就是体验感很差！

  酒店还不错，早餐也还好，中规中矩。整体装修凸显了陶瓷文化，附近商圈也比较多，一楼就是网红打卡墙。

  酒店节假日生意很火爆，大堂都是等着办入住的，工作人员也都很不容易，排队的时候听到他们被骂，接待我们的时候依然表现的很热情，感谢前台Maggie 帮忙协调房间，体验感很棒！

  This was my second stay at the hotel and once again, it was excellent. From the location to the service to the amenities, everything was top-notch. The Sheraton has become my preferred hotel in Zibo and I will definitely be back.
