各方面都还好吧，感谢升级湖景房，456房间花洒严重不给力，服务人员不晓得反馈吗？工程部不用检查吗？这点很失望！退房时看到一个领班模样的男人在训斥一个推行李车的服务生，由此看来，酒店管理水平亟待提升了！
