服务态度很好，酒店设施很一般，难道是我从网上订房的原因吗？房间没有单独空调，开半晚上中央空调，温度还是上不去，还有一股糊味，离评价差太多，隔音效果也不好，作为淄博人，真心希望家乡的酒店继续提高。

酒店有免费的停车场，很大，早餐是自助，种类很多，几乎中西早餐都覆盖了，酒店位置在高新区，稍微有点偏，但是环境很好，服务很到位很贴心，房间里面还赠送了水，饮料，饼干等，我的孩子才1岁4个月，酒店服务员贴心的还送上了适合孩子看的故事书还有玩具，孩子玩的不亦乐乎，酒店还有游泳池健身房等一系列休闲设施，还赠送了我两杯咖啡，我觉得这个价位以及服务已经非常值了，下次再来淄博我还会入住这家酒店。
