  必须好评，前台小姐姐服务态度很好很热情，推荐的美食也很好吃，酒店环境优美、房间开放式阳台，推开窗就开到茶壶，酒店还免费升级房型，早餐很丰富，退房时还收到酒店七夕节小礼物哦！

  位置优越，就在天壶景点旁边，阳台上近看天壶；周围各种餐馆，方便吃饭；设施完备，尤其要表扬的是酒店工作人员，前台两个小姑娘热情周到，客房服务耐心，工程技术人员，都能够认真解决问题，赞一个👍唯一遗憾的是设施应该检查修理一下，特别是热水水温，尽量高一点，就好了……

  就在大茶壶电梯门口，十分方便。房间有阳台，一半的房间可以看到大茶壶，夜景不错。特别感谢：家里人不小心将首饰遗忘在酒店，到家才想起来，前台帮忙找到后很热心地给邮寄过来，真是很感谢！

  总体不是很满意，可能我要求高了！ 服务，设施维护都有很大的缺陷。 早餐没啥食品，估计我周末9：00就去晚了。
