不好；楼下就是主干道，沿街的房间太吵。房间的空调也很吵，没法睡觉。第二天退房后酒店工作人员电话回访，态度好，表示空调已立即派工程部维修。
好：有洗衣服务，第二天阿姨会熨烫好，送到房门口。方便在外旅游的人。

第一次入住凤凰大酒店，衞生，服务和房间设施各方面体验都超级捧，特别是一天连贯的早餐和下午茶还有夜宵，是好多酒店都没有的，以后再到遵义，凤凰必是首选

酒店位置优越，紧邻小吃街和夜市。前台服务热情，礼貌，有求必应，主动升了房。房间面积很大，不但有欢迎水果，还有免费的Mini吧畅饮。更有美味的宵夜牛肉麪、鸡肉麪、牛肉粉等可以享用。早餐丰盛美味新鲜，品种多，开放时间长（早7点到午12点）居然还有专门的烤箱供应香甜的烤红薯。下午茶需提前预约；特调鸡尾酒位于大堂右侧行政酒廊。非常令人满意的一次入住体验，新年期间感受到了遵义的热情好客，以及服务精神！

Upon arrival at the hotel I was greeted warmly with a cup of hot tea and the checkin process was simple without hassle. The room was clean, with majority of amenities that I need in a hotel room already provided.
