809房间洗脸台没得热水，酒店前台服务极差，酒店麻将就地涨价，开始问268元再问就非要我们消费400元以上，，完全就是打劫，再也不来这里住了，第一次来贵州遵义遇到这种服务太糟糕，太不友好了，希望以后来贵州遵义旅游的朋友们订酒店一定要注意了！他这里确实太垃圾了，酒店陈旧一点没得关系，酒店的服务，问题不太大了，也不知道这个酒店的老板有多任性

9月4日晚21:40左右上夜班的前台员工应该开除，空调开不起，她说有点傻，楼层服务员来还是开不起，工程部半天不来，总台电话打不通，用手机拨打外线，前台居然喊你用房间电话拨打8711.怎么有这么管理混乱酒店，难道一夜不吹空调
