让我很生气的是，一把太阳伞怀疑遗落在酒店房间，从发现后打电话，服务员说他们已经换班查不了，说第二天8点回信，我说我第二天一早就走了，他们还是说查不了，好我等！结果第二天8点没有回话，我9点打过去，她说一会回话。最后是没有结果的结果😓，其他都不错，卫生环境都好，就是管理不到位！
