在酒店住了5天，非常满意。卫生，热水好，服务好，装潢比较高档。地点不在饮食街，去饭馆偏远但换来的是安静和好风景。尤其酒店餐厅非常好，早晨自助很丰富，晚上热面汤，白米粥吃的很舒服，菜也很好，跟外面小店比价格差不多，却干净卫生舒服多了。几次吃饭都是30号服务员接待的，体贴周到，训练有素，点个赞！最后建议洗发水换个牌子，有很重的理发店味道。

酒店位置好，距离九寨沟景区大门停车场不远，而且酒店有车免费送客。房间面积大，用品舒适，环境幽静。餐厅的价格非常非常良心，建议在酒店用餐不需要再外出了。总体来说很满意。

先说优点，停车方便，前台热情服务好。
缺点，设施陈旧，位置不好周边什么也没有，90%都是旅行团，早餐牛奶豆浆都没有了只剩白水等了十分钟也没上，面包旁边两个小碗放几勺果酱和黄油，不够不说没见过五星级酒店这么弄的，早餐时间要是赶上团队集体用餐时间基本吃不到什么，自驾的千万别考虑这里了，五百标准可选择的太多了

酒店离沟口2公里，有停车场。客房设施齐全，使用方便，服务基本满意。早餐品种不算少，就是三天没有变化，稍微有些单调。
