酒店干净卫生，前台小李服务很温馨，办理入住时主动加微信，发送旅游攻略，并提醒预订到沟口的车，好评；早餐品种丰富，口味一般；特别需要表扬的是负责接机的由师傅，态度非常好，主动介绍沿途景观，驾驶平稳，老爸老妈非常满意，因此我们在九寨和松潘的几天包车都租了由师傅的车，不仅价格公道，而且全程贴心服务，合理规划路线，没有强行推销商品，非常满意的一次入住体验。

定的大床房，酒店帮升级了套房。房间很宽敞，设施很齐全，环境很安静，服务很热情。出门3公里有很多美食店，开车过去很方便。自助餐种类很丰富。早上酒店有车直接送到九寨沟口。
