朋友们千万不要在同程网上订酒店，同程网站，代理商都很牛皮，因为有事第二天不能再入住酒店，便申请退款，酒店方都同意退款，可是网站的代理商坚决不退，给违约金也坚决不退

酒店是景区里面唯一的酒店，所以很牛B，服务态度差，饭菜又贵又难吃，温泉一般，池子少水温差太大了，更衣室小的可怜，以后坚决不再来了

一星是给温泉的，其他的我也无法评价了，如果可以给零分，我很乐意。停电，地暖无效果，酒店班车差，电热毯无效，还有什么比花600多訂这样一个酒店，连服务太态度都和硬件一致，无加分项目，从来没有如此差评过酒店。附带说一句，滑雪场也很山寨，连滑道都是凹凸不平，不建议来。

地暖太不给力，房间太空，冷，定的还是最贵的豪华套房，结果一去给我分的是没地暖的，要走很远到前台自己解决，每栋别墅没配工作人员！热水不够用！
