游客服务中心有酒店的专车接送，免去排队等候的麻烦。酒店标间配置舒适。我们一共定了3个标间，前台免费升级了一个房间为大床房，大床房在二楼视线更好，有个小阳台，早上起来看风景非常不错。正好遇上马拉松比赛，在阳台上就可以看到运动员的身姿。酒店也会有大巴接送到上海子景区。景区内只有娜姆湖这一个酒店，晚餐也是在酒店吃的，都是家常菜，味道不错，比城里的价格略微高一些。早餐供应室从早上7点半开始的，有稀饭，面包，馒头，玉米之类的。也都还可以。

毕棚沟的景色无与伦比，酒店的环境安静。多年前住过，感觉很好。这次去，明显太老旧，墙皮掉落，床垫及床品都应立刻更换。是否考虑申请个5星酒店？以此发现问题并促进改善？期盼娜姆湖永远是个纯净少女，而不是这样的邋遢老妇。

到了景区门口有专门的车到酒店，服务态度都很热情，酒店位置1没的说，就是山里的天气多变，阵雨，晚上的温泉由于下雨人很少，感受很不错，房间设施确实比较陈。
