洒店位置距景区800米，设备陈旧但尚可，问题是硬件陈旧末好好维护，卫生状况差，如从管理上抓一下，把卫生搞上去，就对的起每晚三百多元的价格。

空调不好用，不知道为什么运行一会就停止，找了人来修也没弄明白，最后给我加了床被子，牙刷洗漱用品需要自带，每天早上7点多就打电话或是敲门，要打扫房间，个别厕所有味道，总之这个价钱在九寨沟也不要要求太高，还可以啦

距离九寨沟口非常近，步行十分钟可到，周边生活设施很便利，饭店比较多，也有服装店和土特产店。旅店环境令人满意，虽不奢华，但该有都有，没有感到有什么接受不了的地方。大堂有保安24小时值班，外人不能轻易进来，比较安全。
